1. General Ledger Maintenance:
o Record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
o Monitor accounts receivable, send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
3. Bank Reconciliations & Cash
o Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
o Preparation of monthly cash statement.
4. Expense Management:
o Manage and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Audit Support:
o Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
6. Process Improvement:
o Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.

Senior Accountant - Financial Finalization Specialist.
*****Qualifications and Skills*****
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, with a focus on financial finalization and closing activities.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards (e.g., GAAP IAS)
• Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Tally Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

1. Financial Finalization:
o Lead the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
o Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, transactions, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. General Ledger Management:
o Oversee the reconciliation and maintenance of the general ledger accounts.
o Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions and adjustments.
3. Closing Activities:
o Coordinate the closing process, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured and reported.
o Streamline and improve the closing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Compliance and Auditing:
o Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in financial finalization processes.
o Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and best practices, incorporating them into the accounting processes.
6. Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial information and reporting.
o Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
